INSTALLATION POST

THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE VIRTUAL FENCING SYSTEM

The standard flex-base post supplied has a driveable spike footing, and is easily installed with a manual driver.

A Surface Mount is available for areas where concrete pavement and rock banks occur and is required to be bolted in place.

THE POST

In order to drive the flex base anchor in the ground one can either use a manual driver that is an option at the purchase stage.

Alternatively one can use a mobile jack hammer with attachment to drive the base anchor into the ground.

When installing the post it is important to remember to orientate the base in order to have the post facing away from the road surface. This allows for the final mounting position of the Virtual Fencing device to be facing towards the road reserve, with the speaker facing the bush.
